Terms of Service
1. General
The following conditions apply to all of our offers and orders. Deviating purchasing conditions of the customer are hereby expressly contradicted. They do not bind us even if we do not expressly contradict them again when concluding the contract. Verbal or telephone agreements are only valid after we have confirmed them in writing. The same applies to orders accepted by our representatives or other agreements made with them. Our terms of sale are deemed to have been accepted upon receipt of the goods at the latest.
2. Offers + prices
Our offers are non-committal and non-binding. An order with the customer is only concluded when we issue a written order confirmation. The same applies to additions, changes or ancillary agreements to the existing order.
In the case of call orders, the confirmed prices apply until the end of the call period, provided that there are no significant increases in raw material prices during this period, which entitle us to increase the prices or to withdraw from the order in whole or in part. The prices quoted are net prices. The currently valid VAT is added to the prices mentioned and shown openly on the invoice.

Shipping within Austria
From a goods value of 250 euros, we deliver all articles free of charge (max. Shipping weight 30 kg). Parcels larger than 30 kg are sent with a forwarding agency and charged according to the effort.

• Free shipping from € 250.00 net value
• Cash on delivery plus € 3.50 cash on delivery fee (per package)
What are the shipping costs worldwide?
The shipping costs worldwide depend on the size and weight of the shipment and the delivery destination and the selected delivery method.
Delivery times are not binding.
plan: b4u is entitled to make partial deliveries.
Delivery and service deadlines are extended appropriately in the event of force majeure and all other obstacles for which plan: b4u is not responsible and which have a significant influence on the delivery or service. Default penalties and claims for damages due to late delivery are excluded.
Goods delivered for test purposes are the property of plan: b4u.
Returns of delivered goods will not be accepted without our prior consent. The buyer bears the costs for returns.
A maximum call period of 12 months applies to call orders, calculated from the day of the order. If the request is not made within this period, we reserve the right to deliver the goods without notice, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
4. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price and all associated costs and expenses have been paid in full.
In the event of even partial default in payment, we are entitled to collect the goods in an appropriate manner at the buyer's expense, even without the buyer's consent.
5. Payment terms
Our invoices are payable within 14 days without deduction, unless otherwise agreed. We charge 1% interest per month as default interest, unless higher loan procurement costs are given. The buyer is not entitled to withhold payments for whatever reason or to offset them against our claims. In the event of suspension of payments, opening of settlement or bankruptcy proceedings with the buyer as well as suspension of bankruptcy proceedings against the buyer's assets due to a lack of cost-covering assets, the claim is due immediately.
